VarsityLinks provides a platform connecting student athletes with coaches and athletic programs. Our services include:
- Profile creation and management for student athletes
- Search and discovery tools for coaches and programs
- Communication features between athletes and coaches
- Video and document upload capabilities
- Analytics and tracking tools
- Educational resources about the recruiting process
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.
3. User Accounts
Account Registration
To access certain features of VarsityLinks, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Age Requirements
Our Services are not directed to, or intended for, children under 13 years of age. VarsityLinks is committed to protecting the privacy of young users, and individuals under the age of 13 are prohibited from using the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscription Plans
VarsityLinks offers various subscription plans to enhance your recruiting experience:
- VarsityLinks Free: Basic features at no cost
- VarsityLinks Plus (Monthly): Premium features billed monthly
- VarsityLinks Plus (Annual): Premium features billed annually with savings
- VarsityLinks Elite: Custom premium package for serious athletes
- VarsityLinks International: Specialized package for international students
Auto-Renewal Terms
VarsityLinks Plus (Monthly): Monthly subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days and can be cancelled on the website or can be cancelled by contacting help@varsitylinks.com. VarsityLinks is not responsible for refunding subscriptions that automatically renew.
VarsityLinks Plus (Annual): Annual subscriptions automatically renew every year and can be cancelled on the website or can be cancelled by contacting help@varsitylinks.com. VarsityLinks is not responsible for refunding subscriptions that automatically renew.
Elite and International Packages
VarsityLinks Elite and International Package: Please contact the team at help@varsitylinks.com with any questions regarding any Elite and International memberships.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on our website or by contacting help@varsitylinks.com. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period. VarsityLinks is not responsible for refunding subscriptions that have automatically renewed. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By subscribing to any paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use VarsityLinks only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code
- Harass, intimidate, or threaten other users
- Use the platform for any unauthorized commercial purposes
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform
- Collect or harvest information about other users without consent
6. Content and Intellectual Property
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to VarsityLinks. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting our services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
Platform Content
All other content on VarsityLinks, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of VarsityLinks or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute this content without our express written permission.

No Guarantee of Results
VarsityLinks provides tools and connections but does not guarantee any specific outcomes, including recruitment, scholarships, or acceptance to any program. Success depends on many factors beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VarsityLinks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VarsityLinks, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
10. Termination
